Safety concerns
Reports about coach conduct, athlete welfare, code of conduct violations, or other safety issues. Goes to the Club President and Vice President.
Coaching & volunteering
If you have a coaching, officiating, or volunteer background and want to help. We need:
- USATF-certified coaches (any level)
- SafeSport-trained adults willing to be background-checked
- Race day volunteers
- Parents willing to drive or carpool for race travel
- Anyone with race-timing or officiating experience
Sponsorship & partnership
For local businesses interested in:
- Sponsoring youth scholarships
- Sponsoring race entries for members
- Underwriting club apparel
- Becoming a “race day partner” for community events
- Cross-promotion with related programs (YMCAs, schools, parks)
We are a USATF-registered club. We are working on obtaining nonprofit 501(c)(3) status. Sponsorships that depend on tax-deductibility should wait for the 501(c)(3) determination letter.
