We're a USATF-registered running club building the next generation of road, track, and trail runners — and the larger running community around them. Free weekly meetups in the Whitewater area. All paces welcome.
No fees to try a meetup. No experience required.
Pick your path
Youth Runners (ages 8–14)
Build a base for middle-school and high-school cross country — or just get fit for soccer, football, and other fall sports. Coached, low-pressure, age-appropriate volume.
- Free intro meetups, parent attendance encouraged
- USATF Youth events when ready
- Cross country season prep starts in June
High School Runners (ages 14–18)
Off-season mileage, summer base, and supplemental coaching outside the high school program. We work with — not against — your school coach.

- Training plans for 5K, 8K, and longer
Adult Runners (18+)
Whether you're chasing a marathon, a 5K PR, or just getting back to running, we have a group for you — including UW–Whitewater students and faculty.

Why a club?
Coached, not just gathered
USATF-registered means coaches operate under a national framework. Background checks, SafeSport for youth coaches, and structured training — not just a group meetup.
Cross country pipeline
Whitewater High School and the other schools nearby all have strong high school XC programs. We hope to feed them by building base mileage and run form in the off-season.
Open to all paces
Walk-jog beginners and 18:00 5K runners both show up. Groups are paced. Nobody gets left behind, nobody gets held back.
Free to try
The club is working to register as a Wisconsin nonprofit. Meetups are free. Future membership dues, when set, will go straight back into youth scholarships, gear, and race entry support.
